Introduction to Nutrition Coaching $25/30 minutes

New Client Intake $125/90 minutes
All new clients must complete a health history intake to identify and discuss individual needs, goals, and concerns. Clients will receive nutritional information and recommendations as determined appropriate during the intake. Topics include: meal planning, food prep, grocery shopping, eating healthy on a budget, label reading, and healthy recipe substitutions.
Nutrition Coaching Sessions $90/60 minutes
Do you have questions about a particular dietary philosophy? Are you looking to try a new way of eating? Do you find it difficult to navigate the ever-changing, often conflicting world of nutritional science? Are you confused by the latest dietary trends? Do you want to cleanse all those toxins and processed foods out of your body and jumpstart a healthier you? The Informed Eater will provide answers to your questions, offer some perspective on nutrition and how to eat healthfully, and help you gain a better understanding of what might work best for you.
12-Session Program $450
This signature program will transform your life, attending to all aspects of your health, wellness, and overall sense of joy and fulfillment in life. Through a powerful combination of objective nutritional guidance grounded in traditional wisdom and cutting-edge science, provocative questioning, and inspiring coaching, The Informed Eater will work with you to address your specific concerns or goals related to food.

For Local Residents Only (Greater Boston/Metrowest Area)
Grocery Shopping Tour $100; $25 each additional person
Take a cruise down the aisles of your local grocery store with The Informed Eater as your guide. Learn how to read labels and determine what to put in your cart and what to leave on the shelves. Want to check out your neighborhood natural food market and are afraid you won’t know what to buy? The Informed Eater will accompany you and give you a tour of this unfamiliar world, dispelling myths about what healthy is and isn’t, helping you gain confidence in your healthy shopping skills. Tours last about an hour.
Kitchen Clean-out/Pantry Consultation $125/90 minutes
Have you committed to eating healthier and simply don’t know where to begin? How about your own kitchen! Spend ninety minutes with The Informed Eater as he walks you through your pantry and fridge, giving you nutritional information about their contents, and recommendations on what to add and what to remove to create a healthy eating environment. Get your trash bag ready – you’ll never feel better about throwing out food!
Healthy Cooking Class or Dinner Party $200 base; additional $40/couple – vegetarian; $60/couple – meat
Only when you cook your own food do you have complete control over what’s in it. But the ingredients matter! Enjoy a class on nutritious cooking disguised as a dinner party. Spend a few hours in the kitchen with The Informed Eater as he demonstrates simple cooking techniques and shares a healthy meal with you and your family or friends. Cook together, laugh together, eat together, and be healthy together! Meals will include vegetables, protein (animal and/or vegan), a grain (optional), and a healthified dessert.
